The table is on the island, not on the boat
Almost every catamaran on this coast serves lunch on deck. We do it the other way round: we sail you across, drop anchor, and set your table under the filaos on Île aux Bénitiers, feet in the sand.
A private catamaran for your group, a slow sail down the lagoon, swimming and snorkelling on the way, and then a proper meal cooked on the island — grilled fish or chicken, island salads, fruit.
Because the kitchen is ashore rather than in a galley, we can take our time and cook properly. It is the trip we are proudest of, and it is not something you will find widely offered here.

We leave Le Morne early, while the water is still glassy, and go looking for the resident spinner and bottlenose dolphins of the west coast. Your boat is yours alone, so the pace is yours too.
